  • 6-8 slices Pepperoni Or use salami or turkey pepperoni
For the Finish
  • 2 tsp Hot Honey Homemade with honey and chili flakes, if desired
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil For brushing the crust
  • Fresh Herbs Basil or parsley, optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place the pizza stone inside for 30 minutes.
  2. On a floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a 10-12 inch circle.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper.
  4. Spread marinara or pizza sauce over the dough, leaving about a half-inch border.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer the pepperoni on top.
  6. Dollop ricotta cheese evenly across the pizza.
  7. Bake the pizza for 7-10 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the baked pizza and garnish with fresh herbs.
