Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold, cubed unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing gently and press about two-thirds into the prepared pan.
  5. In another bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, vanilla, caster sugar, and cornstarch until smooth. Add eggs and gently mix.
  6. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture into the crust, add 2/3 of the blueberries, followed by the rest of the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 65-75 minutes, covering with foil if browning too quickly.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with milk for a glaze once cooled; drizzle over cake.
