Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Whisk to ensure even distribution.
- In a separate bowl, blend warmed milk, eggs, and melted butter. Gradually add to dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl and cover.
- Let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and roll into a rectangle, cut into small pieces. Toss with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer half of the dough pieces in a greased bundt pan, scatter blueberries, and repeat.
- Cover and let rise again for 30-60 minutes until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn onto a serving plate and enjoy.
