- Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface and place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold into a triangle, and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Test the temperature with a small piece of wonton wrapper.
