For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground turkey Lean protein base
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs For binding
  • 1 large Egg Binder
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano Herb flavor
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Black pepper
For the Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Base for tzatziki
  • 1/2 cucumber Grated For freshness
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice For acidity
  • 1 ts Dill Fresh or dried

Method
 

Cooking Process
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill in another bowl.
  6. Serve the meatballs with tzatziki sauce on the side.
