Chocolate Layer

Raspberry Layer
  • 2 cups Fresh Raspberries Can use thawed frozen raspberries.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Make sure it’s softened.
Topping
  • 2 cups Cool Whip Can substitute with whipped cream or coconut cream.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs, then combine with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
  2. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk until it thickens, then spread over the crust.
  3. Mash fresh raspberries and mix with softened cream cheese, then fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the raspberry layer and create decorative swirls on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
