  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Feel free to substitute any neutral oil
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced; fresh recommended over garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated; vegan parmesan can be used for non-dairy version
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme or Parsley Chopped; any preferred fresh herbs can be substituted
For the Crostini
  • Baguette For crostini; gluten-free option available

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small oven-safe dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Boursin cheese and softened cream cheese until smooth. Spread the mixture into the prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Spoon this topping over the cheese base.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Let the dip cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped thyme or parsley. Serve warm with crostini.
