  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For Assembly
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns or lettuce wraps for gluten-free
  • 4 slices Cheese (optional) Cheddar recommended
  • to taste Lettuce
  • to taste Tomato sliced
  • to taste Pickles
  • as needed tbsp Oil for cooking

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a loose ball.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil to coat the surface.
  4. Place the chicken balls onto the hot skillet, spaced apart.
  5. Using a spatula, press down on each chicken ball to flatten to ½ inch thick. Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip each patty and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  7. Toast your hamburger buns in another pan until golden brown.
  8. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  9. Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
