- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a loose ball.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil to coat the surface.
- Place the chicken balls onto the hot skillet, spaced apart.
- Using a spatula, press down on each chicken ball to flatten to ½ inch thick. Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip each patty and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast your hamburger buns in another pan until golden brown.
