  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Lightly steamed
For the Sausage
  • 1 pound Sliced Smoked Sausage Your favorite variety
For the Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For sautéing
  • 1 medium Onion Diced
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Sauté briefly
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Main flavor component

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sliced smoked sausage over medium-high heat for about 5–7 minutes until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté diced onion for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in cream cheese until melted, then gradually add heavy whipping cream, whisking continuously for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Incorporate shredded cheddar cheese into the sauce until fully melted and creamy.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, broccoli, and sautéed sausage; pour the cheese sauce over and stir to coat.
  8. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
