Step-by-Step Instructions for Keto Brookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar-free sweetener, butter, eggs, and chocolate chips.
  3. In another bowl, blend cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and remaining butter, then add eggs and sweetener.
  4. Layer the cookie dough in the pan, then pour brownie batter over and drop remaining cookie dough on top.
  5. Bake for approximately 28 minutes until edges are set and toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
