  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Any melting cheese can be used.
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Vegetable broth can be used for a vegetarian option.
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Diced Pickles Can be omitted if desired.
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes Sun-dried tomatoes can be used as an alternative.
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Chives can be substituted or omitted.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add cauliflower florets, and boil for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, breaking apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper into the browned beef. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and beef broth until smooth. Gradually mix in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Fold in cooked cauliflower and seasoned beef with the cheese sauce until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown around the edges.
  9. If desired, top with diced pickles and tomatoes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
