  3. Prepare the Filling: Whisk together eggs, lemon juice, lavender sugar, and lemon zest. Sift in a bit of flour and whisk until smooth.
  4. Combine and Bake: Pour lemon filling over hot crust. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 25-30 minutes, until filling is set.
  5. Cool and Cut: Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least an hour. Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving.
