For the Lemon Curd Filling
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Curd Homemade preferred
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Food Coloring Oil-based recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter. Firmly press into silicone molds.
  2. Make the Lemon Mousse by whipping heavy cream to soft peaks and gently folding in the lemon Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the Lemon Curd by layering it into the mousse and folding gently to create pockets of curd.
  4. Mold and Freeze the mixture into prepared crusts in molds and freeze for 4 hours until firm.
  5. Coat with White Chocolate by melting it and dipping the tops of each puff into the chocolate.
  6. Thaw and Serve by letting the puffs thaw for 30 minutes and then unmolding for presentation.
