Preparation Steps

  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the cheese-flour mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for a minute, add lemon juice, chicken broth, and heavy cream, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the chicken drizzled with the creamy lemon sauce and garnished with parsley.
