  • 2 large Bell Peppers, diced

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened

  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese, sliced
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers; sauté for 5-6 minutes until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and then mix in softened cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Spread the beef and vegetable mixture in the prepared baking dish. Layer with sliced provolone and shredded mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
