- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8"x8" baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, shredded coconut, condensed milk, melted butter, and all-purpose flour. Stir well until you have a uniform batter.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, lift the bars out of the pan and cut them into squares or bars.
