- Boil 150ml of water in a small pot. Once boiling, steep one green tea bag for about 4 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator.
- In a separate pot, boil water and cook uncooked boba pearls for 8–10 minutes until chewy. Rinse under cold water and mix with brown sugar syrup.
- Layer 3 tablespoons of cooked boba pearls in a tall glass. Add ½ cup of mango nectar or puree, followed by ¾ cup of chilled milk.
- Pour chilled brewed green tea over the mixture and stir gently to combine without disturbing the layers.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and garnish with a slice of mango or mint, then serve.
