  • 150 ml Water Essential for brewing the green tea.
  • 1 cup Uncooked Boba Pearls Look for these in Asian grocery stores.
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar White sugar or honey can serve as alternatives.
  • ¾ cup Milk For a vegan option, use almond, oat, or coconut milk.
  • ½ cup Mango Nectar or Puree You can also use mango juice, nectar, or powdered mango.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 150ml of water in a small pot. Once boiling, steep one green tea bag for about 4 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In a separate pot, boil water and cook uncooked boba pearls for 8–10 minutes until chewy. Rinse under cold water and mix with brown sugar syrup.
  3. Layer 3 tablespoons of cooked boba pearls in a tall glass. Add ½ cup of mango nectar or puree, followed by ¾ cup of chilled milk.
  4. Pour chilled brewed green tea over the mixture and stir gently to combine without disturbing the layers.
  5. Fill the glass with crushed ice and garnish with a slice of mango or mint, then serve.
