  • 0.25 cup Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Mango Purée fresh or frozen, blended smoothly
  • 1 cup Thickened Cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract for flavor enhancement

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Gelatine: In a small saucepan, sprinkle powdered gelatine over ¼ cup of filtered water. Allow it to sit for about 3 minutes to bloom, then gently heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Once the gelatine is dissolved, remove it from heat and stir in ¼ cup of sugar until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of mango purée and 1 cup of thickened cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour and Chill: Pour the mixture into ramekins, filling each about three-quarters full. Cover and refrigerate to chill for at least 3 hours, until set.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Once set, unmold panna cotta or serve in ramekins. Garnish with fresh mango slices, mint leaves, or toasted coconut.
