- Combine Ingredients: Once the gelatine is dissolved, remove it from heat and stir in ¼ cup of sugar until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of mango purée and 1 cup of thickened cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisk until smooth.
- Pour and Chill: Pour the mixture into ramekins, filling each about three-quarters full. Cover and refrigerate to chill for at least 3 hours, until set.
- Serve and Garnish: Once set, unmold panna cotta or serve in ramekins. Garnish with fresh mango slices, mint leaves, or toasted coconut.
