- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until smooth and glossy, about 5 to 7 minutes.

- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.
