Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until smooth and glossy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the melted mixture and stir well until fully blended.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Spoon dollops of marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate layer and swirl it into the chocolate gently.
  5. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or until fully firm.
