Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes, then switch to broil for the last 2-3 minutes until golden.
  5. Prepare rice or pearl couscous according to package instructions while meatballs are baking.
  6. Chop the cucumbers and any additional vegetables you want to include in the bowl.
  7. Assemble the bowl by starting with rice or couscous, topped with meatballs, cucumbers, olives, and tzatziki sauce.
