- Slice the chicken breasts into ¼-inch thick pieces, season with kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and dried oregano. Let marinate.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
