  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano can substitute with thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley optional, for garnish
  • 1 whole Lemon Wedges optional, for serving

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, approximately 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add freshly minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  3. Season your chicken tenders with dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Gently place the seasoned chicken tenders in the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the tenders and cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the cooked chicken tenders just before serving.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
