  • 1 pinch Red Chili Flakes Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Will melt into the dip
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sun-Dried Tomatoes by draining the oil, reserving 1/2 cup, and chopping 1/3 cup of the tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Combine Ingredients in the saucepan with the reserved oil, adding the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, shallot, oregano, thyme, paprika, and a pinch of red chili flakes.
  3. Simmer the Mixture on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until garlic and shallots are fragrant.
  4. Prepare for Serving by adding 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese to a serving bowl.
  5. Combine Dip Ingredients by pouring the hot mixture over the cheese in the serving bowl and stirring gently.
  6. Garnish and Serve by topping with fresh basil and letting it rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
