Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the loaf pan with butter or oil and dust with flour.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl, whisking until well blended.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla to the creamy mixture, mixing until smooth.
