Cooking Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients, chop spinach, and measure out tortellini and broth.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add chopped spinach and diced tomatoes, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in broth and bring to a simmer. Add tortellini and cook according to package directions.
  5. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
