  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and dried oregano. Mix well.
  4. Coat each chicken thigh with the seasoning mixture and place them skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the chicken thighs for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
