Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into strips or cubes and set aside.
  3. Place a piece of feta in the center of a spring roll wrapper, fold sides inward, and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  4. Place rolls seam-side down on the lined baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While baking, combine honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until well combined.
  7. Drizzle the warm chili honey over the baked feta rolls before serving.
