Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
- Incorporate 1/2 cup of softened butter, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the dry mixture.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of thoroughly drained diced peaches into the dough.
