- Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a large bowl, blend mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Slice the Peaches: Slice ripe peaches into wedges and drizzle with peach jam for added sweetness.
- Brew the Coffee: Brew coffee and allow it to cool. Mix in coffee liqueur if using, and pour into a shallow bowl for dipping ladyfingers.
- Assemble the Layers: Dip ladyfingers in coffee for a second and layer them in the serving dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and top with peach slices.
