  • 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar Can be substituted with maple syrup for a natural sweetener.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Using vanilla bean paste can intensify the taste.
For the Peach Layer

  • 1 jar Peach Jam Feel free to use any fruit preserve you love.
For the Coffee Layer
  • 1 cup Coffee Use decaffeinated if preferred.
  • 2 tbsp Coffee Liqueur Skip if you'd like to keep it non-alcoholic.
For Assembly
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers Swap with sponge cake if you can't find them.

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a large bowl, blend mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  2. Slice the Peaches: Slice ripe peaches into wedges and drizzle with peach jam for added sweetness.
  3. Brew the Coffee: Brew coffee and allow it to cool. Mix in coffee liqueur if using, and pour into a shallow bowl for dipping ladyfingers.
  4. Assemble the Layers: Dip ladyfingers in coffee for a second and layer them in the serving dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and top with peach slices.
  5. Repeat the Process: Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone cream, and finish with the remaining peach slices.
  6. Chill the Tiramisu: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Dust and Serve: Dust with cocoa powder before serving, slice into portions, and enjoy chilled.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe peaches and allow enough chilling time for flavors to meld. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving for a classic finish.
