Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop the yogurt mixture into six portions on the tray and press down slightly.
  3. Freeze the bites for 10-20 minutes until firm but not rock hard.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth using a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, cover completely, and let excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top immediately after coating, if desired.
  7. Return the tray to the freezer for an additional 15-20 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
  8. Serve bites frozen or let sit for 5 minutes for a softer texture. Store in an airtight container.
