Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter with maple syrup, stirring for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in rolled oats until fully coated, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Press about 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture into silicon molds.
  4. Top each cup with a dollop of peanut butter or mixed with protein powder.
  5. Freeze molds for approximately 20 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour melted chocolate over each oat cup.
  8. Freeze again for another 20 minutes to harden the chocolate.
  9. Unmold cups and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
