Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by popping 6 cups of plain, unsalted popcorn using an air popper or stovetop method. Once done, transfer to a large mixing bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and ½ cup of honey over medium heat. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Add in 2 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fully melted and incorporated.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn. Gently toss with a rubber spatula until all pieces are coated evenly.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes. Wet your hands slightly and roll small amounts into balls about the size of golf balls.
  6. Let the formed balls sit at room temperature for another 10 minutes to firm up, then serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
