- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Toss well until evenly coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and assemble the skewers by threading the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
