- Wash 1 cup of fresh raspberries under cool running water. Slice 2 ripe peaches in half, remove the pit, and cut into thin wedges.
- In a blender, combine raspberries and peach slices. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, pour the fruit puree and add 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Gradually stir in 3/4 cup of sugar or honey until dissolved.
- Pour in 4 cups of cold water and stir vigorously for about 20 seconds until combined.
- Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
