Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Add melted butter and mix until combined.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate.
- Once chilled, add sliced strawberries and half of the pretzel crunch. Gently fold to combine without deflating the cream.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle remaining pretzel crunch on top. Serve immediately.
