  • 1 cup Remaining Pretzel Crunch Save for topping just before serving.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Add melted butter and mix until combined.
  3. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate.
  5. Once chilled, add sliced strawberries and half of the pretzel crunch. Gently fold to combine without deflating the cream.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle remaining pretzel crunch on top. Serve immediately.
