Ice Cream Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, a pinch of salt, and rose water. Continue mixing until the sugar is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
- Once chilled, pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for approximately 25 to 30 minutes until it thickens to a soft-serve consistency.
- During the last 5 minutes of churning, incorporate the chopped roasted pistachios into the ice cream mixture and gently fold them in.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Seal the container and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours to firm up.
