  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 4 cloves Garlic fresh, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

  • 1 medium Onion yellow or white, chopped
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped for garnish
For Finishing Touches
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil drizzle before serving
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang fermented chili paste

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine minced ginger, garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Thinly slice the pork belly into 1/8-inch pieces and chop the onions. Add the pork belly and onions to the marinade, stirring well.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  4. Add the marinated pork belly and onions to the skillet. Stir frequently for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Adjust heat if necessary, allow some pieces to sit undisturbed for crispiness.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
