Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Carrots: Marinate carrots in lemon juice, sugar, and salt for 15 minutes.
  2. Salt the Cucumber: Julienne cucumber, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Squeeze to remove excess moisture.
  3. Make the Omelet: Whisk eggs with salt, cook in a skillet, and roll into a log shape to cool.
  4. Cook the Fillings: Heat sausages and imitation crab in oil for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Prepare the Rice: Mix warm rice with salt, sugar, pepper, and sesame oil until evenly combined.
  6. Assemble the Kimbap: Spread rice on gim, add fillings, roll tightly, and seal the edge.
  7. Slice and Serve: Cut rolled Kimbap into bite-sized pieces, serve with sesame oil for flavor.
