  • 1 tbsp Oil For cooking to achieve a perfect sear.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, mixing gently until everything is just combined.
  2. Divide the chicken mixture into four equal portions, gently rolling each one into a loose ball.
  3. Place a large skillet or griddle on the stovetop over medium-high heat, allowing it to warm up for a couple of minutes. Drizzle in oil.
  4. Carefully place your shaped chicken balls onto the hot skillet, ensuring they're spaced apart to allow for even cooking.
  5. Using a sturdy spatula, press down firmly on each ball to flatten them to about ½ inch thick. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip each patty over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add cheese on top if desired during the last minute.
  7. Toast your hamburger buns until they are golden brown and slightly crisp.
  8. On each toasted bun, place a juicy patty, followed by your preferred toppings.
