  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Roasted Pepper Sauce
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers can use yellow or green peppers
  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh is best
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice or lime juice for a twist
  • to taste pinch Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • to taste Fresh Herbs Basil or Parsley, added before serving

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the red bell peppers into strips, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 20 minutes.

  4. Cook the tilapia in a skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
  5. Pour the roasted pepper sauce over the tilapia, let simmer, and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
