Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather other ingredients.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, combine whipping cream, softened cream cheese, and yellow mustard over medium heat. Stir continuously for 4-5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in pulled pork, diced ham, half of the chopped dill pickles, and half of the shredded Swiss cheese. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet and sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese and dill pickles on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and garnish with extra dill pickles if desired.
- Serve your Cuban Casserole as is, or alongside a fresh salad.
