  • 1 cup sliced ham cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese shredded

  • 1 cup whipping cream for the sauce base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard for tanginess
Garnish
  • 1 cup dill pickles add extra for garnish

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather other ingredients.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, combine whipping cream, softened cream cheese, and yellow mustard over medium heat. Stir continuously for 4-5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in pulled pork, diced ham, half of the chopped dill pickles, and half of the shredded Swiss cheese. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet and sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese and dill pickles on top.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and garnish with extra dill pickles if desired.
  7. Serve your Cuban Casserole as is, or alongside a fresh salad.
