Step-by-Step Instructions for Cuban Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, combine 1 cup of whipping cream, 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard over medium heat. Stir continuously for about 5 minutes until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in 2 cups of prepared pulled pork, 1 cup of diced ham, half of the sliced dill pickles, and half of the shredded Swiss cheese. Mix for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet and top with the remaining shredded Swiss cheese and the rest of the sliced pickles.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until bubbling and cheese is golden.
