- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked jasmine rice, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, half a cup of water, and chopped fresh herbs.
- Roll the dolmades by taking a grape leaf and laying it flat, spooning 1-2 tablespoons of filling at the base, and rolling tightly.
- Pour chicken broth over the dolmades, dot with melted butter, and cover with foil.
- Bake covered in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until grape leaves are tender.
- Let them cool slightly for about 10 minutes before serving.
