Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked jasmine rice, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, half a cup of water, and chopped fresh herbs.
  3. Roll the dolmades by taking a grape leaf and laying it flat, spooning 1-2 tablespoons of filling at the base, and rolling tightly.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the dolmades, dot with melted butter, and cover with foil.
  5. Bake covered in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until grape leaves are tender.
  6. Let them cool slightly for about 10 minutes before serving.
