Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the greased baking dish, sealing any seams.
  3. Layer the sliced ham and salami evenly over the crescent roll dough.
  4. Sprinkle the sliced provolone cheese over the meats, followed by the pepperoni, banana peppers, and roasted red peppers.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and add grated Parmesan cheese, then drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  6. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and cover all ingredients, sealing the edges well.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top layer is golden brown and slightly puffed.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving warm with optional lettuce and tomato.
