Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Thaw and drain the spinach, and par-boil fresh broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Combine chicken, bacon, vegetables, ranch dressing, and both cheeses in a bowl.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with a side salad.
