  2. Make the Sushi Rice: Rinse sushi rice, cook according to instructions. Season with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Assemble Onigirazu: Lay nori shiny side down, add sushi rice, followed by tofu or sweet potato and additional fillings.
  4. Fold and Wrap: Fold nori over fillings to create a sandwich shape. Press gently to secure.
  5. Cut and Serve: Slice Onigirazu diagonally and serve immediately or wrap for transport.
