  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 pound of lean ground beef. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until browned. Mix in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of shredded carrots and 1 cup of chopped bell peppers. Cook for 2–3 minutes, maintaining the crispness of the vegetables.
