  2. Wash and slice your bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini. Halve the baby potatoes and separate the broccoli florets.
  3. Cut Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl with vegetables.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mix, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausage is golden brown and veggies are crispy yet tender.
