Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper and let marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the shrimp in a single layer in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and charred.
  3. Prepare the mango salsa by combining mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
  4. Make the lime-chili sauce by whisking together lime juice, olive oil, honey, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Slice avocados and coat lightly with lime juice to prevent browning.
