Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dice red potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, add olive oil and diced onions. Cook for 10-15 minutes until soft and golden.
  3. In the same skillet, increase heat to medium-high. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Layer crispy potatoes in bowls, top with cooked beef, caramelized onions, shredded cheese, special sauce, and greens. Add optional toppings as desired.
